影响现有住房情况

房价越来越高,使得许多砂捞越人民已经没法拥有一个房屋。砂拉越人口不断增长的比例,和政府所提供的廉价房屋不成正比。人民都无法买得起房屋。这就是目前的市场趋势。

但是PR1MA所提供的房屋数量有限,没有特别计划/供应,以确保这一日益严重的一批人是在各自的财政能力提供家园。

因此,他们往往被迫购买超出他们的预算家园。结果就造成双重作用:

1) 他们的消费能力下降;和
2) 房价继续上升,因为人们继续饲料需求
